Bank of America Financial Center at 78-400 California 111, La Quinta, California.

As a doctor my time is everything. This branch is a waste of my time and energy. There are never enough tellers, if you have an appointment, plan on waiting up to an hour to be served. The management should be fired and replaced. If a store does not provide service they are bound to fail. I can't wait to close my accounts at B o F. I already know I'll get lousy service.

There are lines between 03:00pm to 05:30pm so go before or after if you're in a hurry. There are 3 ATM Machines at least 2 of them are always working. The Tellers are typical bank tellers, not there to share a laugh, just doing a job and doing it well.
I like Bank of America, and I like this location as well, I have been banking at this location for over 2 years. They recently underwent a complete change of Tellers. Would love to know the story behind that :)

It's a bank, not a restaurant. The staff does a good and accurate job. If anything, they are a little too helpful.
