Silverhawk Luxury Apartments at 50660 Eisenhower Drive, La Quinta, California.

WORST APARTMENT EVER
We started looking for a place to live after my wife and i got married.
everything started out great, the staff answered all are Questions and we did a walk of the apartment then ask for paper work for a month to month rental after we were told we would have to rent for 6 months before they would lease to us.
That night we went over the paper work and came back the next day to hand it over and make sure every thing was ok.

moved in at the end of that month....
everything was OK the only problem was the ice maker did not work and the air filter was dirty so i called maintenance and they said they would be out asap to fix it and that was that.

we stated having issues with the neighbors complaining that our walking was noise so (out of respect) made sure to be extra careful but realized how cheap the place was made. every time we would sit to eat dinner we can hear banging and doors closing..... when we started to look around for a better place to live we found we could get a much better place and a couple hundreds less so we went down to turn in our 30 day notice and that is when we were told that we had a lease not a month to month agreement. remember when i said we had to rent for 6 months before we could sign a lease? well they had no memory of that ever being said even the lady that told us was drawing a blank!

then we really started looking and startyed to see what a dump silver hawk is, nothing makes then luxury at all!

move here only if you have to! not worth the money!

So after moving out we cleaned the carpets and painted the one wall that we had permission to paint and on top of that spent hours cleaning the place so it would be as it was when we moved in, we were charged for a full repaint and full carpet cleaning? They lie lie lie. The contract says we are not responsible for ware and tear but are charged for it!?!

DO NOT MOVE IN!!!! Found a better place and every way in Bermuda dunes for 30% less and half the bills!!
